BEN HARTMAN

President

Mr. Hartman has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Rice University. He maintains two STLE certifications, the CLS and OMA.

CAROL BISHOP

Ferrographer

Ms. Bishop has 30 years of experience in oil analysis directs our root cause analysis through microscopic evaluation.

CATHI VANN

Chemist

Ms. Vann has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Houston. She has analyzed machine fluids and water since 1989 and started with MRT at its inception.

JOHN HARTMAN

Board Member

John Hartman is a board member and adviser to the company.  He has an active CLS certification.  Mr. Hartman was a previous owner of Lubrication Systems Company and an employee of ExxonMobil Chemical of 20 years prior.

PAUL GOLDMAN

Technical Adviser

Mr. Goldman is the founder and former president of the company. He continues to be a technical adviser for the company.

BETTY GAROUTTE

Office Director

Ms. Garoutte started with MRT in 2007 and she was formerly a Credit Manager for Continental Airlines with 25 years of experience with that firm.

LINDA PUEBLA

Level 2 Laboratory Technician

Ms. Puebla is a Level 2 Laboratory Technician and started at MRT in 2007.

ANGELICA RENOVATO

Level 2 Laboratory Technician

Ms. Renovato is a Level 2 Laboratory Technician that started with MRT in 2009.

DINA VILLALTA

Level 1 Laboratory Technician

Ms. Villalta is a Level 1 Laboratory Technician that started in 2011 with the company.
